• Financed offers with attached letter from lender showing pre approval.
• All contract addendums attached and correctly filled out.
• Approved sales contracts provided by lender.
• All property is sold As Is with right of inspection.
• Multiple offers will be accepted in NO given order, so make it your BEST offer first.
• Usually up to a 10 day response time to written offers.
• A deposit must be taken at time of contract and placed in escrow account with receipt attached to contract.

The buyer MUST abide by all timelines set forth my the lenders asset recovery department or contarct may be void. A good Realtor will assist you in the lines of communication and stay abreast of the paperwork and schedule.
